• One set of event sponsor signs will hang along the sides of the finish line track.
• One finishing tape highlighting your logo will be used for the first finishers in your event.
• One individual Horizontal banner - located in the "Winner’s Circle" will provide a photo opportunity for your company as your representative presents agreed upon awards.

• 1,000 Manitoba Marathon Posters, 8000 Entry Forms and1,000 Countdown 26 School Posters
• 14,000 envelopes used as Runner Information Kits
• Finisher Certificates - available on our website for every participant to download
• 150 "Leader" T-shirts - distributed to School Program leaders and 1200 volunteer t-shirts distributed by the Manitoba Marathon Volunteer Coordinator
• Manitoba Marathon Display Unit - two panels dedicated to our sponsors
• The Winnipeg Free Press Ad Campaign - includes a ten week campaign with ads running each week plus a number of larger ads highlighting our fundraising message and a final "Thank You Ad" which runs in the late fall.
• The CTV Campaign - a television campaign that will run over six weeks and will highlight our fundraising program, encouraging participants to raise funds and support people who live with an intellectual disability.
• During any media events or interviews, Manitoba Marathon will endeavour to mention major sponsors. We cannot guarantee media usage of sponsor names.
• 15,000 Merchandise bags - will now carry our sponsor family logo bar.
• Manitoba Marathon Billboards will promote our event in Winnipeg, Selkirk, Portage and Brandon. The campaign will run over a six week period of time in May and June.
• Manitoba Marathon Website - each page carries our sponsor bar.
• A Manitoba Marathon e-newsletter - sent quarterly to all participants and sent monthly to all volunteers.

• 15,000 Participant’s Handbooks - distributed to each participant, media contact and volunteer. The handbook will contain everything participants need to know about the Manitoba Marathon. It will also contain your full colour ad (camera ready art required).

• Race Day Announcements (Start Line and Stadium) - will mention all of our major sponsors.

Events

• Teachers Orientation: The school program is one of the best run in all of Canada and we continue to improve upon this. We will provide exposure through our display unit as well as through mentions of our major sponsors during the orientation.
• Manitoba Marathon Expo: The Manitoba Marathon Expo takes place the Friday and Saturday before Race Day. The Expo is promoted to not only marathon weekend participants, but also the general public. Anticipated traffic is 14,000. As a major sponsor, your company has the opportunity to book one basic 10ft x 10ft booth at no rental cost. Any extra costs associated with the booth (power, phone line or equipment) will be incurred at the expense of the sponsor.
• Manitoba Marathon Expo Signage - will carry the sponsor family logo bar on the start (entrance) and finish (exit) banners.
• Jog in the Park - at the end of April marks the start of the Countdown 26 School Program. Over 2000 school age children kick off their training programs at Assiniboine Park. The start banner for the event carries the Sponsor Family Logo Bar.
• Manitoba Hydro Power Smart Pasta Fest: The Pasta Fest is held on the Friday before Race Day. This will be a catered event that will allow runners to mix and mingle as they prepare for the weekend. Your company banner will provide exposure along with sponsor recognition announcements made during this event.
• Manitoba Egg Farmers Breakfast of Champions: Held on the Saturday before the Race sees our sponsors represented on our display unit and recognized through event announcements.
• Media Conferences: Your Company will be represented on our display unit and recognized with all our major sponsors at any media events.
