• All required fields must be completed in the entry form, with the form signed and dated, including the acceptance of the participant waiver on the entry. The Manitoba Marathon does reserve the right to decline entry to participants where entry forms are incomplete or altered.
• Participants who are under the age of 18 (minors), require as well the signature of a parent or guardian.
• Relay teams must submit five entry forms (one signed by each team member), stapled together with a team name, or the Manitoba Marathon will be unable to process the team entry.
• If the first Relay runner is also running the Half Marathon/Marathon, they will need to complete two entries: an individual entry (with appropriate fee), and a relay team entry (with appropriate fee). See our Race Day Info page for more information on running in two events.

• Until June 1, 2012, at Stride Ahead Running & Walking Store, Grant Park Shopping Centre, 152-1120 Grant Ave., Winnipeg.
• Until June 13, 2012, at the Manitoba Marathon office, 4-1080 Waverley St.., Winnipeg, with hours as follows:
  • Monday to Friday until May 30, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
  • Monday, June 4 to Friday, June 8, 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
  • Saturday, June 9, 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.
  • Monday, June 11, and Tuesday June 12, 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
  • Wednesday June 13 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
  • (Closed Thursday, June 14)
• Relay team registration in person closes Monday, June 11.
• Friday June 15 and Saturday, June 16, we will accept "Last Minute" registrations for our individual events, (no relays will be processed) at the Manitoba Marathon Expo, at the Investors Athletic Center, University of Manitoba. Hours are as follows:
  • Friday, June 15 - 11 A.M. to 7 P.M.,
  • Saturday, June 16 - 9 A.M. to 5 P.M.
• All registrations close on Saturday, June 16, at 5:00 p.m . There is no race day registration, with the exception of the Mini-Mites.
• Sunday, June 17, registration of Mini-Mites is at the Manitoba Marathon Start Line, from 5:45 A.M. – 6:30 A.M.
